2. Approval of the minutes from the November 20, 2008 Construction Codes Commission meeting.

3. Public Hearing and Action: Consideration of a request for approval of a variance to allow unprotected non-combustible construction in the proposed science wing addition to Woodlands Academy.

MEETING PROCEDURES

Construction Codes Commission meetings follow the procedures outlined below. In the spirit of fairness to all parties, any of these procedures may be modified for a particular item at the discretion of the Chairman.

1. Introduction of the Item by the Chairman

2. Declaration of Conflicts of Interest and Ex Parte Contacts

3. Presentation by the Petitioner - not to exceed 20 minutes.

4. Identification of Issues by Staff - not to exceed 5 minutes.

5. Questions and requests for clarification from Commission to Petitioner or Staff.

6. Public Testimony - not to exceed 5 minutes per speaker.

7. Staff Response to Public Testimony - not to exceed 5 minutes.

8. Petitioner Rebuttal - not to exceed 10 minutes.

9. Final Questions from Commission to Petitioner or Staff.
