City Clerk

The City Clerk is custodian of all documents belonging to the City not assigned to the custody of another officer. These documents include City Council meeting minutes, executed contracts, licenses and permits.

The City Clerk also:

acts as the local Registrar for Birth and Death records;
handles Freedom of Information requests for public records;
coordinates election and Voter Registration activities
processes Real Estate Transfer Tax transactions; and
issues landscaper/arborist licenses.
