The City of Lake Forest has contracted with Credentials
Order Processing Services, Inc. to offer you the option of
ordering vehicle registration decals, pet licenses and
parking permits online using the
Internet. The City recommends you obtain your decals and
permits in this manner as it will save you the time and
expense of driving to the Municipal Services Building.
You can be assured that
purchasing your decals and licenses online is safe and fully
secure. There is a $5 discount for each
vehicle sticker ordered online. Vehicle sticker renewal notification will be mailed,
or emailed if you opt to do so, annually. This
notification will include your User ID and PIN # which will
be required to access your account to purchase vehicle stickers. Parking permits may be purchased without a
User ID and PIN#; you will be prompted to enter your name

All vehicle stickers, pet licenses, and parking permits
purchased online, or at the Municipal Services Building, will
be mailed to your home address by our vendor, Credentials Order Processing Services,
Inc. Please allow 3-5 days for processing and mail
time.
Computer access is also available at the
Municipal Services Building
(800 N. Field Drive),
Lake Forest Library (360 E. Deerpath), and City Hall (220 E
Deerpath).
