Special Events
The Special Event Permit Application Form must be
completed for special events. To be
considered for approval, a duly authorized
representative of the organization sponsoring the event
must submit a completed Special Event Permit Application
Form, including any design/site plans or maps, to the
Office of the City Manager at City Hall as soon as possible,
but in no case less than two (2) months prior to the
event. Block Parties
Residents interested in having a block party must
complete a Block Party Permit Application Form and
submit it as soon as possible, but in no case less than
two (2) weeks prior to the event.
Elawa Farm
Newly renovated space available for public use
include several conference and classroom spaces, as
kitchen learning center and garden and art workshop
areas. Elawa Farm tenants and Lake Forest
organizations whose purpose focuses on education,
recreation, gardening, and public park services have the
first opportunity to reserve available space. All
other requests will be accepted on a first -come,
first-served basis. Applications can be obtained at
City Hall, 220 East Deerpath, between 8:00 a.m. to 4:30
p.m. Monday through Friday, or you may download the
forms below:
