We promote health, fitness and an active lifestyle for youth and
adults.

Fitness classes, incorporating several types of aids and tools,
such as step, slides, rubber bands and weights, are offered to
anyone 16 years and older. A variety of classes, taught at different
levels of difficulty are offered to meet the different needs of the
community.
The fitness program is ongoing throughout the year with
classes offered six days a week. In addition to the group classes, a
one-on-one personal training session is offered to the individual
who wants to tone and condition through the use of weights. The
session is conducted at a time and day convenient to the participant
and instructor. The participant becomes educated in proper lifting
techniques and safety in the weight room. Hurry

Please note: The Lake Forest Fitness Center reserves the
right to cancel/change/or add classes and/or instructors based
on attendance. A flyer will be kept with current information.

Winter / Spring Brochure Fitness
NEW MEMBERS
New Member Enrollment Fee includes:
- 2 free guest passes to the Fitness Center for
friends or family members
- Two (2) - 1/2 hr introductory training sessions
- A special introductory voucher to purchase your
first three personal training sessions for $99.
You will not be charged the New Member Enrollment Fee
after the first year, as long as you keep your membership
active.
