We promote health, fitness and an active lifestyle for youth and
adults.

Fitness classes, incorporating several types of aids and tools,
such as step, slides, rubber bands and weights, are offered to
anyone 16 years and older. A variety of classes, taught at different
levels of difficulty are offered to meet the different needs of the
community.
The fitness program is ongoing throughout the year with
classes offered six days a week. In addition to the group classes, a
one-on-one personal training session is offered to the individual
who wants to tone and condition through the use of weights. The
session is conducted at a time and day convenient to the participant
and instructor. The participant becomes educated in proper lifting
techniques and safety in the weight room. Hurry

Nutritional Counseling!
Nancy Shea believes that a healthy lifestyle includes good
nutrition, culinary skills plus the daily exercise. Her
practical approach to nutrition and easy to learn cooking
tips will help you maintain or achieve your wellness goals.
She works one on one or can conduct small group sessions on
specific topics for friends that want to learn more on how
nutrition and culinary skills can improve your wellbeing.
Nancy Shea is a licensed Registered Dietitian and
certified in Weight Loss Management by the American Dietetic
Association. She has a BS degree in Food Science and Human
Nutrition from Iowa State University and an MBA from the
Carlson School of Management in Minneapolis, MN.
Nancy is also trained in Sports Nutrition focused on the
teen/young adult athlete, Diabetes Management,
Cardiovascular Disease and Women’s Wellness. Nancy will
provide personal nutritional counseling at the fitness
center including culinary tips as well. Or contact Nancy for
a small group session on a specific nutrition topic.
Cost for nutritional counseling are:
Fee: Fitness Center Member: $50/hr
Non-Member: $60/hr
Non-Member Non Resident: $72
