enjoyable experience children will be divided into two camp
groups based on age; 4-5 years and 6-8 years, to provide
appropriate instruction and safety. For more information

Because Why? Camp ( Ages 4
- 6 years old)
Does this sound like your child? If your child is always
wanting to know what, where, when, why and how or asking how
things work, the ‘Because Why?’ Camp is a good fit for your
child! Based on the same Reggio-inspired philosophy used at
Kinderhaven Preschool Academy, the campers will delve into
all the ins and outs of topics that interest them! The
campers will set the agenda for in depth exploration of
their areas of interest. These topics could include ocean
animals, how to mix paint colors, construction, forest
exploring, or any other area of interest the children decide
to pursue. Unlike traditional summer camps, we will continue
to explore and investigate topics until the campers satiate
their curiosity! Your child will leave this camp with a
creative, inquisitive spirit and a new approach to learning!

Preschool Academy Director, at 847-810-3947.
