Facilities
Three glass back wall air-conditioned courts with adjacent spectator lounge for family and friends. One squash court with glass back wall. Public and private locker rooms. Childcare (daily fee), vending machines, for a quick snack. Drop-in Basketball Court and Game Room open to residents free. Pre-School Department, Wildlife Discovery Center, Dance Studios, Aerobics and Fitness Programs available, see individual departments for fees and programs.

Racquetball
Racquetball is played inside a four wall court, which includes a ceiling that is in play. Two, three or four players may play at once. The object is to return the ball to the front wall before the ball bounces twice on the floor, using any combination of back wall, side walls or ceiling. If the ball bounces twice on the floor or a players return shot hits the floor before the front wall, the opponent wins the rally. Points are scored by the server only. If the serving team. loses the rally they "side out" and become the receiver for the next serve. Racquets are similar to tennis, but half the length. The ball is the size of a tennis ball but a third the weight and made from very bouncy rubber which "fly's" all over the court. Racquetball is the easiest of all racquet sports to learn. If you can play tennis, badminton or squash, you already have the skills to play racquetball.

Wallyball
Wallyball is very similar to volleyball and is played inside our racquetball courts. Volleyball net is attached in the middle of the court between the side walls, which is adjustable to a lower 5 foot height for younger player's ages 3 and older. Choice of "soft " larger play ball or regular volleyball. Regular court fees apply. No extra charge for net or ball use. Depending on the age and skills, different rules are used. Regular rules are similar to volleyball, except the side walls are playable. Younger and pre-school age players are allowed to let the ball bounce "catch and throw" as needed. No prior skills needed to play Wallyball.

Guest Fees
No guest fees charged to play racquetball. A resident or member must accompany non-resident non-members.
