Athletic Summer Camps

Athletic Full & Half Day Camps:

All Stars & Beyond - Is your child looking for a camp that features options and a wide variety of activities? Then, All Stars & Beyond is the camp to be at! Choose the days your camper attends, full or half day, on a bi-weekly basis. Then, while at camp, your campers will have the flexibility to choose the activities they engage in. Campers will have the opportunity to engage in Athletic oriented games and events, arts & crafts and tag & fun group games, all at their own preference. This format will allow your camper to choose their BEST possible experience!

Full day campers will take weekly trips to the Lake Forest High School Pool, Forest Park Beach and also take weekly field trips on Wednesdays to attractions such as; Lincoln Park Zoo, Green Meadows Farm, America’s Action Territory of Kenosha, WI and various Water Parks in the area. Campers enrolled in the full day options by May 24th will also receive complimentary transportation to and from camp via school bus.

If a half day option is more suited for your camper and their schedule, please note that the activities listed above may not be available as Pool trips are scheduled after lunch. Camps enrolled in the half day option will not be eligible to go on the Wednesday field trips and are not eligible for complimentary transportation to and from camp.

Don't Stop Campin' - This camp will feature your camper’s favorite activities from all of our popular summer camps, such as; McCormick Day Camp, All Stars & Beyond Day Camp and TWIGS Art Camp. Your camper will play group games, engage in athletic oriented games & events, create arts & crafts and even take a full day field trip! This camp will also spend some time at our very own Forest Park Beach. Just think, when you thought there was no more camp this summer, Don’t Stop Campin’! Complimentary transportation will be provided for campers enrolled in this camp by July 8th.

Sport Specific One Week Camps:

Bill Wennington Basketball Camp - Bill Wennington, former Chicago Bull, will provide instruction to 3rd - 6th graders in the fundamentals of basketball with emphasis on the skills of shooting, ball handling, passing and footwork. Discipline and skill development will be stressed; therefore players must be prepared for a great deal of drill work. The camp will spend the mornings teaching the proper fundamentals to each child while improving their game, while the afternoon will be spent focusing on game play. The day will be split with a lunch break so each player should bring their own peanut free sack lunch and drink. Proper clothing is important for the workout - gym shorts, T-shirt, sneakers & 2 pairs of socks. For more information contact Anthony Anaszewicz, Program Manager at 847-810-3945.

Bobby Douglass Youth Football Camp - Join the former Kansas All American and Chicago Bear Quarterback for this youth football camp.
