Little Athletes - Begin your little athlete’s excitement for athletics. This class is an introduction to the exciting world of sport and games. The importance of sportsmanship and fair play will be emphasized along with sport specific skills. Stretching, running and throwing will be stressed through a variety of activities that are geared towards the development of body control, strength, coordination and flexibility. If weather permits, class may meet outside, so please dress your child appropriately.

Little Batters - Children will be given an introduction to the exciting game of baseball focusing on the basic skills, rules and positions taught through instructional drills and game play, emphasizing sportsmanship and fair play. This class will meet outdoors so dress your child accordingly.

Little Kickers - Children will be given an introduction to the exciting game of soccer focusing on the basic skills, rules and positions taught through instructional drills and game play, emphasizing sportsmanship and fair play. This class may be held outdoors so please dress appropriately.

Totletics - Find the excitement of athletic play with Totletics. This class is perfect for the active 3-year-old, emphasizing the importance of play and its role in the development of sound minds and bodies. Your child will grow through a variety of movement activities, sports and game play.

Little Checkers - The fundamental skills of hockey, stick handling, passing and shooting will be taught and practiced through a variety of drills and game play. The concepts of sportsmanship, teamwork and fair play will be stressed as the little checker learns the importance of being a member of a team and his/her role on that team. Children will gain self-esteem and positive self-worth through participation in this program which stresses the importance of participation and having fun.

Little Hoopsters - The fundamental skills of besketball: dribbling, passing, defense and shooting will be taught. These skills will be practiced through a variety of FUN drills and game play, emphasizing sportsmanship and fairplay.

Little Tacklers - The fundamental skills of football; running, passing, kicking and tackling (flag pulling) will be taught and practiced through a variety of drills and game play.  The concepts of sportsmanship, teamwork and fair play will be stressed as the little tackler learns the importance of being a member of a team and his/her role on that team. This class will meet outdoors so dress your child appropriately. 

Saturday Sports with Dad - Get out and play with this parent/tot class designed to give dads and their active preschoolers a chance to learn and play various games and sport activities together. It is a great opportunity for them to learn a great deal from each other and meet other kids/dads their own age. Comfortable clothing and gym shoes are a must. Class may be held outdoors so dress appropriately.
