GOT QUESTIONS? Contact Rob Carmichael, Curator, at carmichr@cityoflakeforest.com.

A.D.O.P.T. AN ANIMAL
When you adopt an animal at the Wildlife Discovery Center, your donation helps us give the very best of care to our resident animals. Proceeds from the A.D.O.P.T. program help us cover the cost of food, veterinary care, and daily maintenance for approximately 85 animals, as well as staff-supported daily enrichment. We hope you renew your adoption every year! You can also send an A.D.O.P.T. certificate as a gift to honor someone, celebrate a special birthday, or just make a friend happy!

DONATION
Your donation to the Wildlife Discovery Center helps keep the Center FREE and open to visitors three days each week. Your generous support also helps us provide high-quality care and enrichment for all of our animals, as well as supporting the conservation work we do here at the WDC. Several capital improvements have been made possible through the support of generous donors, including the soon to be completed extension to our Bobcat enclosure, and the predator-proof roof on our outdoor turtle pond.

Your gifts are fully tax deductible through the Friends of the City of Lake Forest Parks and Recreation, a 501©3 non-profit organization. Download the DONATION FORM to mail in your gift, or contact Rob Carmichael, Curator, WDC, at carmichr@cityoflakeforest.com. Thank you for your support.

CORPORATE PARTNERS
Partner with the Wildlife Discovery Center and share in our mission to motivate all generations to come to know, respect and protect our challenged and often endangered ecosystems with a focus on their wildlife.

Your company’s financial contribution or event sponsorship will not only bring in the revenue needed to help the WDC reach the goals of its mission through quality programming and classes, it will also bring community recognition to your local business or corporation. Your association with the WDC will also send a message to your employees, clients, and customers, that your company is dedicated to the preservation of the world’s wildlife and their habitat.
