  • "Fast-Track New Business Program" - get your tenant up and running quickly with the city's Fast Track program.  All new businessse are personally assisted with the permitting, occupany process.  Whether your business is retail, restaurant, service or professional, the city can help your potential tenant reduce costly expenses with opening a new business.
  • Representation at the International Conferencr of Shopping Centers (ICSC).  The city attends the annual and regional ICSC events and represents available properties.  Promote your available property by providing floor plans and contact information.  For a recent list of retail brokers in the Chicago area, click here.

  • Business prospect program - Join the business prospect program by submitting your needs and contact information to the city.  Every year, the city visits businesses throughout the Chicagoland area, recruiting new stores to Lake Forest.
