City of Lake Forest, IL

About every five years The City of Lake Forest conducts a resident survey to gain insight on a wide range of issues and services it provides. Survey results provide direction to the Lake Forest City Council, boards and staff as decisions are made affecting the Lake Forest community.

To ensure the survey results are fully representative of resident opinion, every household was asked complete a questionnaire. The feedback is important as the City Council begins preparation of next year’s budget and for strategic planning.

Residents also have the option of completing the survey on-line. Instructions for doing this are included in the printed survey. Surveys submitted on-line also have complete anonymity.
