Yard Waste Info & Tips:  
•    City crews will pick up yard waste placed in store-brand kraft paper bags if a City of Lake Forest yard waste sticker has been placed on the bag. The stickers must be placed on each bag to be collected at the curb by 7 am on your collection day. There cannot be any contaminants such as planter containers, dirt, sod, or refuse material mixed with the yard waste material.
•    City crews will pick up bundles of brush if a City of Lake Forest yard waste sticker has been affixed to each bundle of brush placed at the curb by 7 am on your collection day. There is no limit to the number of bundles permitted on each collection day. Each branch in the bundle should not exceed six inches in diameter or four feet in length. Multiple branches must be tied in bundles with string or twine. Each bundle should not exceed four feet in length or two feet in width.
•    For removal of larger amounts of unbundled brush, please contact the Forestry Section at (847) 810- 3564 or submit a request through the Lake Forest Now App. A fee is associated with the collection of unbundled brush or tree limbs larger than six inches in diameter.

Holiday Collection Schedule:  
City offices will be closed on Thursday, July 4, in observance of Independence Day, and there will be no refuse, recycling, or yard waste collection.
The following schedule will be in effect for the holiday week: 
•    Monday and Tuesday collections remain the same
•    Thursday collection will be on Friday
•    Friday collection on will be on Saturday
