Our Adult program offers classes suited to the beginner wanting to explore the world of movement as well as the experienced dancer wanting to get back into class. Our instructors teach flexible material suited to the needs and abilities of the participants. Everyone can and should dance!
Adult Ballet Stretch uses breathing and isolated stretching exercises to allow the body to restore overall wellness with ballet floor and barre.
Intermediate Adult Ballet is for adults ages 18-60 years old with previous ballet experience.
Adult Tap will provide a foundation in basic vocabulary of tap steps and terminology. Through a variety of combinations, dancers will work on principles of timing, rhythm, and technique.
Intermediate Belly Dance students will continue learning the ancient art of Raks Sharki (dance of the east). Intermediate steps and combinations as well as common musical rhythms will be taught.
Ballroom Sampler students will learn a plethora of classic ballroom steps, rhythmic timing to Latin music, and dynamic ways to fuse their own style and personality into the dance.
