Choreography is designed to get your creativity flowing! You will learn different techniques and concepts to help put your own ideas into motion. With these skills you will develop, create and perform your very own work.

Down with Hip Hop is designed to help students with Down Syndrome explore an interest in dance, music, and self-expression. The class goals include teaching rhythm, safe stretching, body awareness, building self-confidence, enhancing social skills, and having fun! End of year recital performance optional.

Progressing Ballet Technique is an innovative program developed for students to understand the depth of training muscle memory in achieving their personal best in classical ballet. Through different exercises, students will be able to obtain a better understanding of stability, weight placement, and alignment of the body. This technique explores safe dance training to prevent injury and correcting faults. It will promote mindful dancing throughout every class.


Class Attire:

Solid color leotard, Tan tights (no shimmer), Tan jazz shoes
Black jazz pants may be worn at the discretion of the teacher.
Hair is to be worn in bun or ponytail.
Boys - solid white shirt, black sweatpants, tennis shoes
