Lake Forest Cemetery, located off the coast of Lake Michigan, is a beautiful and scenic location for a final resting place. Tours of the Cemetery are available by appointment only to protect the privacy of mourners. Accommodations will be made for visitors with special needs according to the Americans With Disabilities Act. To arrange a tour, please contact the Cemetery office at (847) 615-4341.
Lake Forest Cemetery is peaceful, tranquil and beautiful in all seasons. Please be respectful of other visitors and maintain the Cemetery's tranquility. Dogs and refreshments are not allowed on Cemetery grounds. Please adhere to the 15 miles per hour speed limit inside the Cemetery, and park all vehicles and bicycles on the side of the drive. Parking is not permitted on the lawn. Bicycles may also be placed in the rack at the entry gate.

WINTER GRAVE DECORATIONS
To remember your loved one with an evergreen grave decoration, please click on the link to download the order form below. Return the completed form with your payment to Lake Forest Cemetery, 800 N. Field Drive, Lake Forest, Illinois 60045. Cemetery staff will begin placement of the decorations during the first week of December and remove them, depending upon weather, on March 1, 2020.

FALL CLEANUP INFORMATION
Fall Clean up Annual fall clean up begins October 15. All summer decorations, pots and annuals are removed at this time. From October 15 through November 30, the Cemetery staff will collect leaves and asks that new decorations be limited during this time as they may be damaged by equipment or cause injury or damage to the equipment.
SPRING CLEAN-UP INFORMATION
Spring clean-up begins on March 1. Those who wish to save any winter decorations should remove them prior to March 1. The Cemetery staff asks that families please limit new adornments during the clean-up period, as they may be damaged by equipment or cause injury to visitors and staff.
