Introducing the Monthly Flash Report
The City is pleased to launch its Monthly Flash Report with the April 2023 edition!
The Flash Report is intended to provide a high level, user-friendly monthly summary of key financial indicators to track the City’s actual revenue and expenses compared to budget. Using the popular OpenGov Story technology that is used to publish the City’s Budget-in-Brief and Popular Annual Financial Reports, the Flash Report is the latest addition to the City’s financial transparency initiative.
The City’s fiscal year runs May 1 to April 30, so the April 2023 Flash summarizes the complete 2023 fiscal year (FY) for the City. Future editions will allow for monthly tracking to the City’s FY2024 budget.
