Strategic Planning
Residents, business owners and community partners can expect to see more details about the process beginning early winter with engagement opportunities beginning in the winter and into the spring. The process will include focus groups consisting of key community stakeholders, staff and elected officials, with additional opportunities for public input and engagement.
Since the City received a strong response rate from the Community-Wide Survey, which is a key component to this process, we look forward to continuing this momentum for the Strategic Plan.
The City’s Strategic Plan is a community plan and cannot be successful without the crucial public input required to set goals and objectives for the next five years.
